Orders are posted Monday – Friday except Bank holidays.
Orders placed before 4pm will be posted out the same day.
If you place an order on a Friday after 4pm we will do our best to send it to you on Saturday but it is most likely to be posted out on Monday.
Check your dispatched email for your tracking information.
Do also check your spam mail as sometimes it can end up in there too!

This service is guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 1pm.

All of The Royal Mail tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide between 5 – 7 working days.
Tracking coverage
The availability of the Tracking and Signature services depends on where the item is going.
Where applicable you will be able to track your item via their Track Your Item service.
Signature on delivery
A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked and Signed.
Buyers are responsible for local duties and taxes at delivery where applicable.
If you refuse a parcel you are responsible for the original postage costs and duties and shipping the parcel back to us.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. (Contact us if you have a problem)
We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Refused or Uncollected parcels that are returned to us will be refunded but we are not liable for the postage costs so they will be deducted from the refund.
