Please help this girl....
Dear all
I am emailing in the hope that you may be able to help my family and friends achieve the impossible for a truly remarkable little girl.
My two-year-old niece, Sophie, was diagnosed with liver cancer a year ago it had spread to her lungs but after many rounds of chemo and operations she was put into remission early this year. Unfortunately the lung cancer has returned aggressively and her best option now is to have surgery which can only be done in the US. This life-saving surgery needs to take place at the end of July and will cost the family £230,000.
So time is very short and funds have to be raise by mid-July.
